Cycling

Some friends have said I should write a blog on how to train for triathlons, running races, and other endurance events.  I am not a certified coach in anything, but do have lots of opinions and years of experience balancing several athletic endeavors with a very busy job and more recently as a stay-at- home mom of two young boys.  And trust me when I tell you it has been harder as a parent fitting it all in, even though I don't have a paying job.  I say paying job because anyone who has done it, knows that staying at home with your children is one of the hardest jobs out there.

So I will occasionally write blog posts with bits of my "wisdom," and I will even include a race report or two, but please keep in mind that this is totally from my own experience and personal research.  I do not claim to be, or ever desire to be, a certified coach in cycling, running, or triathlon.
